-Lie on your back with your low back in neutral and your:

-Lift hips off the floor while maintaining neutral.

-Lower your hips to the ground while maintaining neutral, repeat.

Competency Criteria
Client is able to lift hips up symmetrically (and keep them up) without any pain in low back.

Client is able to lift hips up and not allow any frontal plane movement during entire set (i.e, no side to side motion).
