-Lie on back with your low back in neutral and your:
-Foot on ball ____ (shown)
-Calf on ball ____
-Lift hips off the floor while maintaining neutral & flex knee so ball comes toward you.
Competency Criteria
Client is able to lift hips up symmetrically (and keep them up) while flexing knee without any pain in low back.
Client is able to perform exercise w/o any frontal plane movement during entire set.
Client performs on:
