-Lie on your back with your low back in neutral and your:
-Feet on ball ____ (shown)
-Calves on ball ____
-Lift hips off the floor (as depicted in Exercise #6) while maintaining neutral & flex knees so ball comes toward you.
Competency Criteria
Client is able to lift hips up symmetrically (and keep them up) while flexing knees without any pain in low back.
Client is able to perform exercise w/o any frontal plane movement during entire set.
Client performs on:
