-Lie on your back with your low back in neutral and your:

-Lift hips off the floor while maintaining neutral.
-Lower your hips to the ground while maintaining neutral, repeat.
Competency Criteria
Client is able to lift hips up symmetrically (and keep them up) without any pain in low back.
Client is able to lift hips up and not allow any frontal plane movement during entire set (i.e, no side to side motion).
Client performs on:
