Bridge with Marching
-Lie on your back & position your low back in neutral.
-With both feet on the ground, lift your hips off the floor while maintaining neutral.
-Now lift one leg off the floor while maintaining neutral.
-Hips remain level when you remove leg off floor.
-Repeat with other leg.
Competency Criteria
Client is able to lift hips up symmetrically (and keep them up) without any pain in low back.
Client is able to lift/march each leg off the floor while maintaining symmetrical hips (i.e., one hip doesn’t drop).
