Foam Roll
(Gastroc/Soleus)

-Position yourself as shown with hands supporting you, buttocks stays OFF floor.
-The foam Roller should roll from the back of the knee to the achilles or ankle area.
-Find a tender spot and hold it (this can be very painful), but if you bare with it, the pain should subside after 20-30 seconds.
-Repeat procedure to other tender areas.
-Repeat on other lower leg.
