Perform Better is an online superstore of fitness and athletic equipment.  Whether you're an individual that wants to work out at home or a gym owner/physical therapist that wants an array of functional training equipment, this is your one-stop shopping store.

Most of the equipment I recommend to my clients are from Perform Better. Matter of fact, at the top of each web page, you will find pictures of equipment I recommend. For example, if you click on the stability ball icon, you will be directly taken to the exact page where they sell the stability balls.
Click on the 'screenshot' of the website you want to visit and you will be taken to that webpage, or click on the link below the screenshot.

Many health care professionals are still skeptical of the Zone Diet in spite of the many studies that support it. CLICK HERE to see the studies that support the Zone Diet.
Dr. David Ludwig (Endocrinologist from Harvard) pioneered the use of a low-glycemic diet in combating obesity. His groundbreaking research is the basis for some of the most successful diets of the last decade, including "SugarBustters" and "South Beach Diet".

Dr. Ludwig has published numerous studies
(in very prestigious scientific journals) regarding childhood obesity and the effects of the glycemic index on obesity.
