This lecture was conducted at Fallon Clinic in Worcester.
My audience was physical therapists. This was during my internship in 1999. The topic was on PNF, which stands for Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. My Colleague (who is lecturing with me) is Dave Brigham.
This lecture is geared more for physical therapists, personal trainers, or any other health care worker and may be too technical for the average layman. I apologize for the poor audio quality.

Listen to the lecture I conducted a few years ago regarding the "Secrets" of Weight Control.
The truth is, there are no secrets. There are, however, several important factors that govern our weight which most 'trendy' books overlook.
I have also provided a powerpoint presentation. You may want to print it off and follow along with me. I would advise opening up the file first, printing the presentation, then listening to me. If you don't have powerpoint on your computer, the file will not open.
Listen to Dr. Insogna (from Yale University) talk about the SPOON study that was conducted at University of Connecticut, and Yale University and was funded by the NIH.
Fascinating information for all those who have osteopenia or osteoporosis. Dr. Insogna asks the question: Can supplementary protein improve skeletal or bone health?
This lecture was originally on iTunes and was FREE.
